This exhibition grew out of frustration with the performative attention many organisations give to neurodivergence during initiatives like Autism Awareness Week or Neurodiversity Celebration Week, followed by silence for the rest of the year 🤔
We believe neurodivergent creatives deserve meaningful, visible opportunities to share their work—especially during these periods of 'awareness.' In response, we are hosting an accessible online exhibition on the Meta Steps platform during Neurodiversity Celebration Week in March 2026, celebrating neurodivergence in all its forms ⭐️
💰 There is no fee to exhibit. You may submit any type of work, whether or not it directly explores your neurodivergence. We are simply looking for strong creative work/artists that reflect the breadth of neurodivergent creativity.
✍️ We ask that submissions include a short description of your practice and why the work matters to you. This can be academic or informal, and you are welcome to include links to socials or websites.
The exhibition will be free to access, allowing you and your community to view the work online 👀
We welcome submissions from all neurodivergent people, whether diagnosed or self-identified.
This is a space made by us, for us, in response to the barriers we face elsewhere 💪🏼
Please email a digital file of your work including title, dimensions and medium.
Also send us a short bio of yourself and a description of your work.
The file formats accepted
